Should your travel plans booked with us be impacted by uncontrollable circumstances, we will either modify your reservation or cancel your booking, providing a full credit towards future travel. Full details are provided below.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking up to 60 days before your departure at our discretion, for reasons outside of your control in your travel destination. If you cancel, you will receive a credit toward future travel; that credit is non-transferable and non-refundable and will be applied as an offset to the new booking cost. All other standard terms and conditions apply to the booking. If your departure date is postponed or a replacement trip is booked, cancellation terms as applicable at that time will then apply. Where suppliers do not allow postponement or a refund, we will pass on charges where they are applied as well as any costs incurred by Jacada until the date of cancellation. Any credit for future travel must be applied to a new booking within 12 months from the date of issue for travel within 12 months of the date on which the new booking is made. 

You may postpone your booking up to 21 days before departure, for reasons outside of your control at home or in your travel destination. All other standard terms and conditions apply to the booking and normal cancellation terms will apply to the new booking date. Where suppliers do not allow free-of-charge postponement, we will pass on charges where they are applied as well as any costs incurred by Jacada as a result of the postponement.  Within 21 days of travel, normal terms and conditions apply. 

Your balance remains payable 90 days prior to departure. Failure to pay the balance without giving notice of the intention to postpone or cancel on the basis of travel being prevented by reasons outside of your control in your destination will mean that normal cancellation terms are applied.
