The Farmhouse Smiling Gecko, a boutique bungalow resort nestled amidst the rice paddies of the Cambodian countryside, offers a unique and enriching experience. As a training hotel for the Smiling Gecko social project, the Farmhouse plays a vital role in supporting the local community, with 95% of its staff being Cambodian nationals. The resort’s stilt houses and bungalows are constructed in traditional Cambodian style, utilizing natural wood to seamlessly integrate with the lush, verdant landscape.
